A drunk naked Russian man attacked locals in Pattaya.

The incident occurred yesterday evening in the Naklua area. The Russian man was naked and in an unstable state, wandering the street and shouting at passersby.

In a video from a witness, you can see that at one point, the man approached a motorbike with two Thai citizens sitting on it and unexpectedly struck one of them.

Local residents apprehended the Russian man and called the police. The police reported that the Russian man did not speak English, refused to cooperate, and continued to threaten the police, reporters, rescuers, pedestrians, and doctors.

Later, the detained individual was taken to a hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. After the evaluation, the man will face multiple charges.

In the first week of the 90-day visa-free period, this is already the fourth incident involving Russians.

On November 6th, in Pattaya, a drunken Russian man fell from the window of his condo. The man suffered minor injuries and is receiving treatment in the hospital.

Last weekend in Phuket, a Russian woman caused a traffic accident. Two foreigners died, and the woman was hospitalized.

Also, last week, a drunk Russian man rammed three motorbikes, injuring several people. The man was arrested.
