Seven districts of Bangkok were flooded on Tuesday evening after several hours of heavy rain.
According to the city administration, the highest amount of rainfall was recorded at 20:30 in the Phra Khanong district, reaching 140.5 mm
The flooding led to a temporary halt in traffic on Sukhumvit Road due to several vehicles breaking down in the flooded areas.
The intensification of rain across the country will continue in the coming days as a tropical storm from Vietnam is moving towards Thailand.
